I work as a phytotherapist and have given lectures and lecture series throughout Hungary on healthy living and natural remedies since the second half of the 1990s. I was born in Säckingen, Germany, and have lived in Hungary since 1992. For many years, I have studied vegetarianism and the lifestyle that accompanies it.
I began studying naturopathy in 2004. For several years, I have run my own practice, focusing mainly on alternative hormone therapy and alternative cancer therapy. My particular specialism is the alternative treatment of female hormonal disorders using herbs and diet. I also have many years of experience in Christian pastoral counselling, having worked as a minister for several years.
I speak English, German and Hungarian and offer consultations in all three languages. My work and treatments emphasise a holistic approach, grounded in the principle that body and soul form an interconnected whole. I believe that treating physical illness cannot be separated from renewing and caring for mental, emotional and spiritual life. As ancient wisdom teaches, “a sound mind in a sound body”, or, in other words, “a cheerful heart is the best medicine”. For me, the core of holistic medicine is the so-called “eight principles”, which encompass every area of natural healing, from nutrition and exercise to spiritual life.
