KAISHAKU 2.5.3 – important update sequence
When upgrading to KAISHAKU 2.5.3, the installation order matters. If you currently use version 2.3.3 or earlier, complete the update in two steps.
Do not update directly from version 2.3.3 or earlier to 2.5.3. If you skip the intermediate version 2.4.5, the software will not start.
The correct update sequence
2.3.3 or earlier→2.4.5→2.5.3
- First, install KAISHAKU version 2.4.5.
If you are starting from version 2.3.3 or earlier, this is the required intermediate update. - Then install KAISHAKU version 2.5.3.
After installing version 2.4.5, continue by updating to version 2.5.3.
If you already use version 2.4.5, you do not need to repeat the intermediate step: you can proceed with installing version 2.5.3.

If the application will not start after a direct update
If you have already skipped the intermediate version and the software will not start, contact customer support for assistance. Tell us which version you updated from and which version you installed.
